Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were superb with a large, comfortable bed, a lovely bathroom, and all the facilities I could ask for like a safe and complimentary toiletries. The hotel's architecture is quite interesting, and everything is kept very clean. The service was exceptional, with helpful staff always ready to assist in arranging activities or making my stay more pleasant.
The hotel I stayed at had nicely decorated and impeccably clean rooms, providing good comfort but were quite far from each other. The hotel was located right on the Nevsky, making it convenient to reach all the main attractions, but the heating in the room was not working properly. The service was amazing, with staff who spoke a lot more English than I do Russian, being very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The dining experience included a vast array of food to suit all tastes, and the facilities were really good with a massive choice. However, the wait for basic amenities like tea was too long, and the room was pretty old, small enough, and not renovated.
